Warranty service is provided against the GST invoice, so please keep it safe. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect supply voltage, misuse or unauthorised repairs.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories and the invoice. Defective, damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced or refunded free of cost. Opened consumables like electrodes and wires are not returnable unless defective.
