7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and the invoice. Items that have been used, installed or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Consumables that have been opened (electrodes, wires, contact tips, nozzles) unless defective.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Items sold as clearance or specifically marked non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
Write to us at akenterprisesconstruction@gmail.com or message our WhatsApp number with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason (photos help us process faster). Our team will approve the request and arrange a reverse pickup where available; otherwise we will guide you on self-shipping.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes our quality check, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days. Prepaid payments are refunded to the original payment method (5–7 business days to reflect); COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI. Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
Warranty Claims
Welding machines and power tools carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranty service is provided against the GST invoice — please retain it. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect supply voltage or unauthorised repair.
