Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order. While we take care to display accurate product information, specifications and images are indicative and may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price with a full refund.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or verification for Cash on Delivery). We accept payments through leading gateways supporting UPI, cards and net banking, as well as COD on eligible orders. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unserviceable locations or stock unavailability — any amount paid will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products carry the manufacturer warranty mentioned on the product page, serviceable against the GST invoice.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by improper use of products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of AK Enterprises & Construction.
