Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically served in 3–4 business days, while remote pincodes may take up to 10 business days. Heavy items such as welding machines and cut off machines may ship via surface logistics and can take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs.99 applies to orders below Rs.4,999. Orders of Rs.4,999 and above ship free. Any octroi/entry taxes, if applicable, are borne by us.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the My Orders section of your account.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged, do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately at akenterprisesconstruction@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp number.
