ER308L Stainless Steel Welding Wire
ER308L (and ER308LSi) is a low-carbon stainless steel welding wire for TIG and MIG welding of austenitic stainless steels including 301, 302, 304, 305, and 308 grades. The low carbon content minimises carbide precipitation for superior corrosion resistance. For best results, use 100% pure Argon for TIG, or a tri-mix / Helium-Argon-CO2 blend for MIG. Always use dedicated stainless brushes and clean the base metal to prevent contamination.
