The Supergun 320 is a massive, highly durable 3-phase motor generator rectifier welding set used in heavy fabrication, cross-country pipelines, and thermal/nuclear power plants. It pairs a 3-phase electric motor prime mover with a patented DC welding generator using brushless technology to reduce maintenance. Delivering 35-320 A with a 100% duty cycle at 250A, it supports up to 100-metre cables without current drop, offers low power consumption, and includes thermal, overload, under/over voltage, and single-phasing protections. Mounted on rubber-tyred wheels (~265 kg) for site mobility.
