The Champ T400 is a 3-phase, IGBT-based inverter DC welding machine delivering 10-400 amps for heavy-duty industrial, structural, and pipeline welding using cellulosic electrodes such as 6010 and 7010G. With over 84% efficiency, a power factor up to 0.93, and IP23 protection, it is engineered to run smoothly with extremely long welding and return cables (up to 100 m + 100 m) without significant power drop. Dial-in arc-force adjustment fine-tunes the MMA arc, and smart auto-reset protections cover over/under voltage, over-temperature, and single phasing.
